The Stilfserjoch National Park

The Stilfserjoch National Park has been the largest nature reserve in Italy since 1935. It extends across the regions of Sondrio, Brescia, Trient and Bolzano.

The park is situated in the heart of the Alps and includes a large network of signposted walking trails which take you to untouched lakes, through valleys and forests.

The National Park is characterised by its large diversity of animal and plant life. Observe deer, chamois, majestic eagles and many other creatures in their natural habitats!

The plant life also has something to offer: As soon as the spring sun awakes, the park turns into a true spectacle of colours and fragrances! Alpine roses, gentian and many other bright and colourful flowers bloom here, each more beautiful than the next.

All year round you can marvel at the diverse types of fir trees, from the spruce, to the larch, pine and sapling, you can find them all!

Experience an unforgettable day in the Stilfserjoch National Park!
